What this site is, who runs it, how label facts, trial numbers and prices are sourced, and how to report an error.
Semaglutide Hub is the FormBlends network's reference for one molecule: semaglutide as Ozempic, Wegovy, the daily tablets, and the compounded vials that are none of those.
What the site is
Guides that read the FDA labels closely and quote them by revision date. Comparisons that put the products side by side on the things that actually differ: escalation schedule, maximum dose, missed-dose rule, pen mechanics, price. Five tools that do the arithmetic those pages describe: a titration planner, a vial units converter, a missed-dose helper, a side-effect view built from STEP trial data, and a cost view with the date each price was checked.
Who runs it
The site is written and maintained by the FormBlends editorial team, which also publishes formblends.com. FormBlends operates a GLP-1 weight-loss program that dispenses compounded medication through licensed pharmacies. That is a commercial interest in the subject of this site. It is disclosed here, on the medical disclaimer, and wherever a page links to a FormBlends product page, so you can read with it in mind. Compounded semaglutide is not FDA approved and is not interchangeable with Ozempic or Wegovy; this site says so every time the distinction matters, including on pages that link to FormBlends.
How facts are sourced
- Label facts cite the prescribing information by product, revision date and Drugs@FDA or DailyMed identifier. When a label changes, the page changes and its updated date moves.
- Trial results cite the PubMed id of the primary publication, and we quote the estimand the paper reports rather than a press-release version of it.
- Prices cite Novo Nordisk's own published price sheets or pages with the date we read them. Prices move; the date tells you how stale a number might be.
- FDA regulatory dates cite the FDA document or the Drugs@FDA approval record.
- If we could not verify a number, it is not on the site.
How the tools are built
Every calculation is a pure function in a shared library with automated tests that run before each deployment. The formula appears in full under each tool. Each tool carries an assumptions note with the date it was last checked and a list of sources. Inputs stay in your browser; nothing is sent, stored or pre-filled next time. The tools never recommend a dose. They apply label arithmetic and label rules to a dose a licensed prescriber has already written.
Editorial rules
No reviews, testimonials, star ratings or named clinicians. No claim of medical review that did not happen. No per-week side-effect percentages invented from a curve. Short sentences, plain words, and the source next to the number.
Reporting an error
If a tool gives a result you believe is wrong, or a page states a number you cannot find in its source, write to hello@formblends.com with the page URL, the inputs you used and what you expected. Arithmetic errors are fixed first and the fix is noted on the page.
